Dory's Supper Club is a family owned business serving the area since 1982. Serving the same steak recipes as his father, Ed Dory Sr, Dory's Supper Club is a spin-off from the famous "Red n' Ed's" supper club which served the area for twenty five years, 1945-1970. Following his fathers footsteps, Ed Dory Jr. spent three years in chef school while learning his fathers system. Today, Dory's Supper Club is still cutting USDA choice beef by hand, still serving great food for your banquets, and still keeping a friendly and casual atmosphere that everyone enjoys.
